Q - If you don't love the product can you return or exchange it?

A - Unfortunately S&N doesn't offer any returns or exchanges.

Note - All items are final sale.

 

Q - If your size isn't available, are we able to special order a certain size? 

A - At Shy & Nervous every clothing drop has a variety of new items and old items, so get your size while it's available.  

 

Q - How do Shy & Nervous Gift Cards Work? 

A - A new option for Gift Cards is available, a recent feature introduced in November 2024. Gift Card details will be sent to your purchase email, including a code with no expiry date. Contact us if assistance is needed, as we work on refining this function.

 

Q - How can I find out where my % of donations went?

A - For every product purchased, we donate 10% of that purchase to a rotating charity. We will post those donations on our instagram page as well as keep a tab on our about us page. 

 

Q - If you live in Kelowna, is there a local drop off option?

A - Yes there is, please refer to our shipping & handling page.
