Local Shipping Option : Kelowna Only
Only available for Kelowna residents, this method will automatically show up if you are within the shipping guidelines. Take pride in knowing your order will be delivered by S&N itself. Once a week, we venture out of our shells and personally drop your order off. Provide your address in the checkout and and leave any special delivery instructions during the checkout process. We will process your order in 2-4 days.The drop off day CANNOT be selected, if you have any questions regarding the process, please contact us!
Domestic Shipping
Shy & Nervous is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages within the shipping process. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you (the customer) at the moment your order is purchased and it’s transferred to the shipping provider.
For the Expedited Canada Post shipping option:
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Once your packaged has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number. Canada Post is doing their best during covid to get packages to all customers. At the moment, we use expedited shipping with an average shipping time of 3 - 10 days depending on location.

My tracking says “Shipping Label Created”?
That means we are processing the order and it's about to ship.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Orders typically take 2 to 4 business days to process, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates. Once the order has been processed, you will get a shipping confirmation number.
My order had incorrect shipping details, what now?
We are unable to re-route packages after orders have been shipped, so please ensure all shipping details are accurate. All packages with incorrect shipping details will be returned to our studio and reshipped. If we have to reship your order to you, we will require a reshipment fee of $12.00 min. as we have to create a new shipping label.
